CPU overhead and Discord integration fixes

Prototype 0.0.35
- Turned on V-Sync to prevent game using all available CPU and GPU processing power (game was running > 1000 FPS on some computers).
- Fixed Discord API issues.
- Fixed Utsuki Foot sometimes going on places where it could not be.
