Update 0.8.232 - Fixes, improvements and a new item

- Included new item.
- Included new NPCs.
- Fixes in some scenarios and some reworks incoming.
- Improved cat interaction.
- Improved UI overall look and performance.
- Included important feedback to the player when the camera is in fixed mode.
- Included a developer console.
There is still a lot of work to do, all items are not complete and are still being implemented.
